My iPad app, LivePaper, releases in like a week

I'm going to shamelessly plug an iPad application my buddy and I have been developing called LivePaper which hits the App Store on August 20th. It's a note-taking application that lets you record audio on top of your notes and play back the video later. We are also going to make it so that when you are done recording the video, it is automatically uploaded to your account on our website, which is like a YouTube-style video sharing site. Right now the website is just a placeholder: http://livepaperonline.com. We are going to release a beta version of the website when the app launches, and are going to seek out beta testers to use the site in beta-mode until all the bugs can be worked out. I was responsible for 100% of the website development.

I don't use iPad so I'm not getting this, ever, but the user is allowed to choose not to upload automatically videos right? I figure some would like to keep it to private usage and all so not even in your site's database.
