I got it because my friend was batshit over it. Very old school eye of the beholder -esque feel. Pretty neat.

It was pretty fun. You need to play more roguelikes ranulf. They're quite like this except the dungeons are randomly generated and there's usually a bigger assortment of items and interactions (gods, npc's, etc).

Stonesoup and Ivan are some of my favorites.

My party in Grimrock is:

Che (front left)

He's a giant praying mantis that specializes in hand to hand and wears fancy clothes and pointy boots.

Butch (front right)

Minotaur that specializes in tanking and blunt weapons

Karl (back left)

Human mage who is always naked

Simon (back right)

Human rogue who throws things and has REACH from the assassination tree.
