So a few days ago I wrote a post/rant about how my bank fleeced me. The press office at the bank read it today and got in contact with me so they can investigate and possibly reverse the fees. Awesome. Sure, if I'd called customer services, they probably would have sorted it...but it turns out if you just whine on the internet, someone will take care of your problems for you, and it's considerably funnier that way.
I don't understand why old men in suits are always trying to change the internet. I love it just the way it is.
