This is actually a common form of spam on this site. It's happened a ton before. It quotes some random line from a thread, often resurrecting very old threads.

I'd like to remind everyone to not respond to spammers, please. It can unnecessarily bump an old thread once the actual spam is deleted by moderators. It can also be a little difficult to sift through posts and see what was in response to spam and what was a legitimate comment. For example, wayfaerer, I just deleted your post in the "I'm Back" thread by Strangejam that said "Fuck you leave and die!!." I'm guessing you were responding to spam, but if you were responding to Strangejam, feel free to repost that. |

Yeah, I think it might just be the most recent files that got borked. Actually, the MP3 for this one is still in the submissions forum, so I'll fix it myself. EDIT: No, I won't. I have an upload limit of 2MB now, so I can't. The file's 3.4MB. At least, I'm assuming that's why it failed:

I remember it being 5MB, but don't count on my memory being correct :-) I assume he made the archive slightly ahead of time--if we don't find any old files missing, and only files from the tabs from the last couple days, then I wouldn't worry about it. It was still in the submissions forum, so you don't have to reupload the MIDI. I had to rename it to get the upload to work, though. (I guess it figured the new file was the same as the old, and didn't have to update, so it stayed 404'ed?) So your listen link is fixed, Omnicide. Those four I linked earlier are my own tabs, and I'll fix them eventually, right now I am doing something else.

Hey guys and girls,
As part of the handover of the site, Archard and I will be working together tomorrow to move the site from his server to mine. Unfortunately, this will create a little bit of disruption.
At approximately 7PM GMT on Decemember 15th, we'll get the process started. Arch will put the site into maintenance mode before we move to the new server. When I'm happy that it's all working properly on the new server, we'll kick off the DNS transfer process which may take several hours for some people, depending on where you are in the world.
So, I dunno. Print some tabs and play some guitar, or maybe even go outside! In the meantime, we'll be working to bring the site back up as soon as we can. Sorry in advance for the inconvenience :(
