This game is seeming a lot like Wind Waker(not just graphics wise) and I like! Maybe we should have a tabbing marathon for this game like SSBB... XD

Edit: Oh yeah, I'm unsure about that bend and the 10/12, but everything else should be alright.

I didn't check with my guitar, but just listening to it you're probably right about those hammer-ons. And in that case, just take the marathon thing as a joke.
