http://www.gametabs.net/castlevania/voyager-ending I changed the 17 16 to 18 17 in the second-to-last measure. I'm guessing you had those notes right, but wrote them down wrong. I also removed the two extra notes from the third-to-last measure. (They were right at the end before the last 13, and they were the right notes but just repeated one too many times.) Sorry to hear about your friend :-(

Thanks! Yeah, it was a pretty sad situation. He was a good guy, but he OD'd, I guess life just got too rough for him. It was weird how I first heard that song right after it happened (cause I could never beat the second form of Dracula, ffffuuuu), it kind of has that melancholy feel. |

Ah, that sucks :-( I know what you mean, though, relating music you're playing to what you're feeling. Music is all really emotional for me. I'm not so good with words, so I tend to use music to express myself--even though most of the time, I'm playing for myself and nobody ever hears it. Hope you're doing okay!

Thanks again. Haha, hsl said something about mp3s being better, so if I have them, I'll post them. Thanks for your concern, I am ok. I didn't go to the viewing...it creeps me out to see people looking like mannequins. I only will if it's close family. I've just been thinking about things that I thought about saying to him, that I never did and well...now I can't. But, if anything good comes of it, his death finally motivated me to do something I've been wanting to do for like 10 years. I wrote a letter to someone who changed my life back then and I am hoping after all this time we will be able to talk again. Music is definitely emotional, as all art is. :) |
