On redmont, the fifth note of the third line should be B10

For the second half try moving the notes down an octave and see if the fingering is easier

Actually I wasn't sure about that but figured you'd say something. You think I should take Redmont down an octave? I wanted it to sound like the song, but I guess if it's easier to play I should...

Personally, I'd put the last note of the third bar on the first string.

Also, in this part:

That's where I'd play it. I'm not saying you should make your tab like that, or you have to play it that way, just that I'd move around the neck a bit less :-)
