Sorry Styx, I'm going to edit the link out of your last post due to legal issues. This is kind of weird since the book is now out of print and no loss or damages could be incurred from posting scans of it (unless there is a reprint in the future). Until Archard can confirm whether or not a direct link is allowed, anyone wanting this should keep it to a PM. Edit: That doesn't mean that you can't discuss about the book in this thread, though.
