Grimacing: dunno. Geist: yep, for example one 4 rating and one 3 rating = 3.5....also there are other percentages, like 4.66 or some such. They just don't show in the star graphic.

I don't think you can check the tabs you rated unless you are actually looking at the tab and the stars will be yellow instead of red. But you can favorite tabs and go to my profile->my favorites if you want to make a list of tabs you like
