I think the start of the fourth line in the melody should be 16-14-16 instead of 16-16-16. Does that sound right?

Another instrument plays b16

Another instrument plays b16 during those three notes, which might have thrown you off. But the lead melody goes 16-14-16.

Also on the last two notes in the measure right before that part should be b16-14
