Just had to change the 13 to 10 in this part: 12h13p12h10p12 and remove the last note from the second staff. And a tip for notes that go beyond the number of frets you have. Play the notes an octave below and add 12. Those last two notes you couldn't get could have been played on e12 and e13. Then add 12 to get e24 and e25 so they are in the correct register.
