Thanks for recording one of my first attempts at arranging. I'm not really pleased by the direction I took halfway through, but glad that someone found it acceptable to play :)

Vale

Could you make separate recordings for the links awakening songs? Or post midi files if you made any.

Parhelion, do you want his recording as a video example for your tab?

sure thing, I'll try to make some this weekend.

I was also wondering (and it's no big deal) if my Golden Sun recordings are supposed to show in my profile?

You don't submit recordings

You don't submit recordings in the submission forum. You go to "create content", and pick Recording, and put in the information. Then they automatically show up, without approval :-)

Once you do this, they will show up in your profile.

Oh, don't worry about it :-) If you like, you can space out future recordings a little more, but it's not required.

Well i guess it is not really a midi, i was just calling it that because it sounds like one >_>

I've never made music on a like this on a computer before so I decided it would be a good chance to try out Garage Band on my new computer..which only lets you save in mp3 or aac format.

An MP3 is fine. Just call it

An MP3 is fine. Just call it an MP3 instead of a MIDI to avoid confusion :-)

Most people on this site use Guitar Pro, which saves MID and GP5 files. This has the advantage that the MIDIs are relatively small, but they also sound pretty bad.

I use Logic Pro for music! That's related to Garage Band. Mine's a little old now though--Logic Pro 7. Logic can open GB files and save them as MIDIs, but mine's probably too old to read files written by your GB, I'd guess.
