As a member of the judging panel I had a closer look at this.
1st: I'm missing a few bars from the original song. Did you remove them on purpose?
2nd: second line, first bar:

The bold chord sounds little off to me.
3rd: Some stretches (1st and 5th fret) make it impossible to keep the flow going. You could try to fix that with Dropped D Tuning, I think you should have a look at that.
