I think this is a great tab

I think this is a great tab of a great song. The midi does it poor justice! Although it would be super if everything was a walk in the park to play, I think this song really benefits from these tricky chords.

sorry guys. that's a problem

sorry guys. that's a problem with my tabs. I always make the performance ready. But there's nothing set in stone print it out and cross out the notes that give you a hard time.

when does this music show in

when does this music show in the movie

it's sort of a central theme

it's sort of a central theme and is used in different places. Though i do believe it plays when Ashitaka leaves his village.

great!!! thanks for sharing

great!!!

thanks for sharing this...i love this song.i don't play since a long time so its not too easy but i will get better until i'm able to play it.

greetz

never make a tab easy, hard

never make a tab easy, hard and more intricate the better. unless its like ok hold the 12th and 1st fret at the same time.

beautiful, and challenging

5

beautiful, and challenging to boot =D

makes me want to tab out "the legend of Ashitaka"

Good, but....

4

I would give it 5 stars, but some fingering can definitely be simplified.

Not really, it's already great the way it is if you are unable to play you can either a) cut out some notes to make it easier, or b) get better at playing.

too much shifting

there's a lot of unnecessary shifting where the whole thing will sound really choppy as you jump up and down the fingerboard. it can really be smoothed out of you rewrite parts of it without having to change positions.
