Not bad, but I would have used a classical nylon guitar. Also you should take care not to mute too early.
Maybe you could also try to do the arpeggios abit softer, it's a clam song. ;)

as my teacher constantly reminds me let it flow and dont make the sound so stressed. good recording just just let it flow out a little more
