Based off of Slayer's Behind the Crooked Cross if I'm not mistaken. Honestly I was too lazy to open the PDF but I'm pretty sure this is the song. Also "The Demons Dead" or whatever off of Doom II is Black Sabbath's "After All (The Dead)" and Barrell's 'o Fun is Alice in Chain's "Them Bones" Those two are for sure.
