I haven't spent much time looking over this, but I played around with it a bit and noticed it sounded much better when you simplified the 1st guitar. Like, instead of:

-5-6-
-3-8-
-2-5-

I found just

-5-6-
-----
-2-3-

worked nicely, and sounded good. With the other guitar for your bassy bits, you can really afford to cut out some of the other noises that are clashing.

Just my humbled opinion, after all... what does a bagpiper know about harmonies and such =P Anyways, I'm off to the cottage with Wally the 2nd. Here he is! @_ cute little guy, when I get back maybe I'll help ya some more.
