you're in for a surprise if you think that's the end of the game. After collecting all the stars you have to beat the game as Luigi!

Sorry to correct you yoshi. After you collect all 120 stars you can beat the game as Mario with a Luigi-friendly color palette :/ |

sorry to correct you surreal. The character is taller so it's not mario with another palette. and his abilities are different making some stars harder or easier than mario's gameplay. |

Luigi slides around when you try to stop, like in brawl, and his jumps are higher, not to mention he does that scuttle jump thing on his third triple jump.
