You nailed it. Or least that youtube guy's version.
Although he made three rather large mistakes, which told me he couldn't figure those parts of the song out.
Still good though.

Hey can u give me the fingerholds (chords) for this song?
I have a hard time putting my fingers on different frets and was wondering if u could give me the different chords u use to play this song.

This is a very beautifully tabbed song. I'm very excited to play this. The fingerings are pretty easy, but I just started to play guitar, so it's hard enough for me that I can learn a lot from it. This song always makes me a little nostalgic, too. -^ ^-

Nix: The chords are very simple...C, E, Am, F, and some other variations..

I just uploaded a gp5 version with some minor changes I had sitting on my computer for a long time.
