Might Be Forced to Shut Down

It was an April Fools joke... we're not really shutting down =P I have some sad news to report today. I just received a letter in the mail from Nintendo of America, Inc. saying that they have been monitoring this site for some time, and have gathered a great amount of evidence of intellectual property rights violations for distributing "unlicensed" music notation and MP3 files. Essentially it's a cease and desist order, which means that if I don't shut down the site they will take further legal action on me. I've already contacted a lawyer of my own to see what my options are about this whole thing. I realize it's just me against a mega-corporation like Nintendo, but I can't let this thing go without a fight and I'm going to explore every legal possibility before I take the site down. ha ha! well played! I was thinking of creating a story about a Gametabs special guitar collection that would have tabs that aren't available on the site for the low price of $29.99. I was gonna put together a huge playlist and everything. And end it with a pic of Kabuki and me on a CD entitled, "Videogame music for two guitars" pre-order now! But this is much better.

You should still go through with that ron, haha. You and Kabuki should form a video game music classical guitar playing duet. You'd be famous I tell ya! You could sell your CDs and merchandise on this site. Seriously there's enough talent in the video game music world to do that kind of thing.
